Before any payment: EPC manually checks the vehicle specification, available fitment evidence, supplier identity and terms, stock, delivery and the final total. If a suitable option is confirmed, we send a written quotation. We do not request payment before you accept it; after acceptance, a secure Shopify payment link confirms the order.

Please include: make, model, year, exact engine or specification, delivery postcode, and the part name or OE/manufacturer reference. A VIN, registration, photographs or measurements may be requested when needed. A model or year alone does not confirm fitment, and symptom information is not a diagnosis.

SAFETY NOTICE

Safety first: do not drive a vehicle that may be unsafe

If there is a brake, steering, airbag, seatbelt, fuel-leak, overheating, fire or smoke, accident-damage or other unsafe-driving issue, do not drive the vehicle. Switch it off if safe, move away from traffic or fire risk, and arrange professional inspection or recovery.

This form cannot diagnose the fault. Send the details only after any immediate danger has been dealt with.
