How does searching by registration work?

Enter your registration or VIN and tell us what you need. We check available vehicle and supplier information to find suitable options. Searching is free; you only pay for the part when you buy it.

What do the offers show?

We show up to 3 checked options. Each one shows the condition of the part, the total price in euros (€), the estimated delivery time and the returns and guarantee terms for that offer.

How do I pay for my part?

Pay Europaparts through our secure checkout after reviewing your selected part, delivery details and total price. Before payment we recheck current availability, the total price and delivery. If anything has changed, we tell you before you pay.

Who confirms the part fits my car?

We check the vehicle data and the available supplier information for each offer. Before paying, you confirm the part, your car and the engine code; please check them carefully, for example against the part number on your old part.

What if my vehicle is not identified?

Check the registration or enter the vehicle details manually. You can also send a specialist request and we will continue sourcing with your details; we never invent vehicle details.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on the part, the supplier and your address. The estimated delivery time is shown with each offer and rechecked before payment.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

Unused, uninstalled and unmodified new parts can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, with their accessories, labels and packaging. This is an additional benefit that does not restrict your statutory rights. Separately, as a consumer you have a statutory withdrawal right: you can tell us within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason or needing our prior approval, and you then have 14 calendar days to send the goods back. If a part is incorrect, arrives damaged or is faulty, it is handled separately and is not limited to the change-of-mind return period. For consumer purchases governed by Spanish law, new parts have a 3-year legal conformity period; used parts have the same period unless a shorter one is individually agreed (never below 1 year).
